Boylen is a native to the Driftless Region and the Mississippi River and its tributaries. He has been making images since the early 1990s. Boylen spends as much time as possible climbing the region’s bluffs, hiking, kayaking and camping with his camera (or 2!) at his side. He truly enjoys sharing his perspective with others to create a greater appreciation of our natural world.
